His permit expired January 31. Didn’t we provide notification for the permit holders that expired on 1/31 that they could apply up until 2/15 or 2/18? Please confirm and let me know so that I understand what we did. I am thinking we could give this situation all of the following month of February to renew, up until February 28, since that was the prior allowance in the Code. If he is just now asking for renewal, then he is way past any timeframe and his permit has expired and cannot be renewed. Please contact City staff if you need assistance at (760) 777-7125.     From: WILLIE WULFF <wwulff@cox.net>   Sent: Friday, April 2, 2021 3:57 PM  To: Tommi Sanchez <Tsanchez@laquintaca.gov>  Subject: 56047 WINGED FOOT, LICENSE # 0104113  Importance: High    ** EXTERNAL: This message originated outside of the City of La Quinta. Please use proper judgement and caution when opening  attachments, clicking links or responding to requests for information. **    Hello Mrs. Tonni, Michelle gave me your email after I spoke with her today Friday. My situation is that I could not  remember to renew my license and it expired on 1/31/21. As you can see from my records, I've a license since 2015 and  never had any kind of violations and I always renew and pay all that is required by The City. I'm nearly 64 years old and  in November last year I contarcted COVID‐19 which forced me to stay put in Florida while visiting my 89 years old  mother also that had the epidemic. One of the results from that illness is the loss of memory which I definatelly have. So  after getting back to California I honestly did not remember to renew my license. Today I found out when I got a call that  my license was expired and I was having guess in my house which I would have never had had I know I did not kave the  license to operate. I'm asking for an exception to renew right away so that I do not have to wait until the moraturium is  lifted on june 1st. See my record that I always stay obeying the laws and not having people that cause troubles in PGA  WEST and The City at large. Please do consider my situation and let me know what can be done so I'm back operational.  Gracias, William Wulff
