The Fire Department approved plans and conditions letter must be at the job site. 6) NFPA 704 hazard placard and signage is required to be displayed at approved locations. 7) A final inspection along with system activation testing is required to be observed by the Office of the Fire Marshal. RE-INSPECTIONS: Will be charged against a permit when an inspection has failed, is not ready, the responsible party not on site or where previously noted corrections have not been completed. E. COMMODITIES: Unless otherwise noted on approved plans or letter of conditions, no commodities shall be entered into the structure until clearance has been granted by the Fire Dept and Building Official.
