FSINSP2022-0010 The Centre - Tract Access/Water INSP 1 9/20/2022 Dave Kinnett - 949-447-0048 1 1 The Fire Tract Access/Water Inspection was completed to satisfaction with following notes of clearance and need for improved compliance: 1) Product 1 phase area with all units addressed for the following streets are approved for permit release: Iris Way, Acacia Way, Sage Way, Aloe Way and Canation Way. (Poppy Lane and Lily Lane of Product 2 phase shall be inspected later prior to permit releases) 2) All fire hydrant locations require accessible, CVWD approved, control valve lids and control valves. Reinspection is required to confirm compliance. 3) All fire hydrant locations require Blue DOT reflectors secured in the roadway perpendicular to the hydrant location, with a 12" offset from road centerline, closer to the hydrant side. 4) Temporary road name signs are still required for Aloe Way and Sage Way. 5)Future inspection is required to confirm Fire Lane Road Signing and Striping in compliance with approved plans. 6) Future inspection is required to confirm completion of the main entry components, signing, striping, etc. 7) Separate Fire Permit (FM2021-0004) for the community vehicle security gates, shall be inspected and finaled based on the permit Conditions of Approval. *Upon request dk@verticalintegrity.net I-630
