Allied Security responded to the location. He indicated he heard music coming from the property. He made contact with the guests and asked that they turn off the music per executive order #9. After further review, it was determined the STVR permit has expired as of 06/30/2020. 1 confirmed with Michelle Lopez who stated the property owner has not completed all the required workflows to activate the permit. I called the property owner Greg Dahlquist who stated he is current going through a divorce and no longer has any thing to do with the property. He asked that I call Cecile Dahlquist at 909-289-2965, 1 tried calling herm however the voice mail box is full and is not accepting any messages. A citation will be sent to the property owner for operating an STVR without a permit and audible sounds. She stated she submitted all documentation on Julyl and doesn't understand why her permit isn't active. I suggested she reach out to Michelle Lopez for clarification. I asked that she remove her add or change to 31-days or more. He stated she planned on applying for a permit in Feb but the moratorium was extended. She slated she has guests coming in March. We stayed at the end of September and beginning of October and I hadn't been out of my house since February for any kind of vacation (due to the pandemic), so it was REALLY nice to be able to escape and feel so incredibly safe in a house. It is situated in a very nice neighborhood and is completely private, with lovely views, a gorgeous pool/hot tub, a dining table outside with lounge chairs, etc. It was exactly what we needed! The house is very spacious, well laid out, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the blinds/curtains did a great job of blocking out light so we could sleep in and catch up on rest. The house was very well stocked! Plenty of pool and shower towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms, hand soap and kitchen/laundry cleaning supplies. Plenty of mugs and dishes, and THREE tables for dining -- two inside and one outside. Lots of board games and a nice TV with streaming apps and music options. You can play music inside using Alexa. We brought a small speaker to listen to music (on low volume) out by the pool. As it is a neighborhood, it is important to keep the noise low while outside. I would recommend this place with absolute confidence! And the host, Cecile, is the absolute best! Reach out to her before your stay to ask any questions. The place looksjust as described but it's even better when you are there. Definitely comfortable for 6 people. The only issue I had was that we booked this place for the heated spa but we didn't get to use it because there was something wrong with it. The host replied right away and tried to fix it but unfortunately it seemed like an issue that was not going to get fixed overnight. Because I really appreciated the host, though, I would definitely try to stay here again. Overall, it was a great stay. You would love it here.
