Hi Bob,
Thank you for the update on the trouble shooting with CVWD and that additional research and investigation to the
cause of the low flow/psi issue will be continued.
The 10/14/2021 Overhead Rough Sprinkler inspections of the below listed projects all had adequate system installation
but just presented with the low flow/pressure issue.
With that, and with the good faith effort to address this issue, I am comfortable with clearing the reinspection required
for the lots and to allow you to continue “at-risk with insulation and drywall”.
Lot 69 – FSS2021-0115 / BRES2021-0140 – 80374 Champions Way
Lot 70 – FSS2021-0116 / BRES2021-0142 – 80388 Champions Way
Lot 71 – FSS2021-0117 / BRES2021-0139 – 80402 Champions Way
Lot 72 – FSS2021-0118 / BRES2021-0141 – 80416 Champions Way
Lot 85 – FSS2021-0122 / BRES2021-0138 – 80395 Champions Way
It is necessary to keep me updated on the investigation progress as this issue has potential to affect other neighboring
lots. A Bucket Test at or prior to final will still be necessary for these 5 lots specifically.
While visiting the site today, prior to leaving I did visit Lot 25 (I believe) down on Platinum Way and confirmed that the
Static at the Fire Sprinkler Riser was approximately 80-85 and the main drain (1/2” valve) had a sustained 45 psi residual
pressure. This flow is typical and did not raise any concern previously nor now. This further supports my concern being
focused to existing impacts at Champions Way.

Regarding Signature PGA West Tract 36537 Lots 85 & 69 – 72, Fire Sprinkler Low Flow. As of now it has been determined
that CVWD has an issue getting the proper flow to these lots. The static pressure is good. CVWD is in the process of
correcting the problem. With that being said Woodbridge Pacific would like to proceed at our risk with insulation and
drywall to be able to keep construction progress going. Let me know if we can proceed?
