It has been brought to our attention that fire sprinkler permits for our Phase 4 have expired due
to inactivity. Our project has encountered some delays due to issues with IID and decline on
sales over past few months, which have delayed our construction schedule. We would like to
request an extension for the expired permits to allow us to continue with our project without
