The detailed exhibit identified portions of the project area that would marginally exceed the maximum 150- feet of required fire access condition as required by CA Fire Code section 503.1.1. Specifically, Buildings 1, 5, 11 and the Pendry Clubhouse. Based on the conditions observed through other submittal document reviews and notations therein, the Riverside County Office of the Fire Marshal is applying provisions allowed by Exception 1 noted under CFC Section 503.1.1, to permit the extension of the required Fire Access beyond the 150-feet.
