FM2020-0002 – AGUA CORALINA, LA QUINTA, CA 92253
The exhibit(s) you submitted for the above referenced project have been reviewed by Riverside County Fire
Department - Office of the Fire Marshal personnel and are approved.
The detailed exhibit identified portions of the project area that would marginally exceed the maximum 150-
feet of required fire access condition as required by CA Fire Code section 503.1.1. Specifically, Buildings 1,
5, 11 and the Pendry Clubhouse.
Based on the conditions observed through other submittal document reviews and notations therein, the
Riverside County Office of the Fire Marshal is applying provisions allowed by Exception 1 noted under
CFC Section 503.1.1, to permit the extension of the required Fire Access beyond the 150-feet.
All questions regarding the meaning of these conditions and comments should be referred to the Office of
the Fire Marshal staff at (760)777-7074.
