The 46800 Cameo Palms Drive property was researched at the City of La Quinta, the La Quinta Historical Society, the La Quinta Public Library,
and via online archives including Coachella Valley Telephone Directories (1946-1957), City of La Quinta building permits, regional newspapers
within the UC Riverside California Digital Newspaper Collection, aerial imagery from ca. 1930s forward, and the Riverside County Assessor's
Office online property search. Results are limited. The property is not listed in available Coachella Valley Telephone Directories. See
Continuation Sheet for significance and integrity conclusions.

development was also known as La Quinta Palms and Shadow Palms.
In 1965, property owner Hadley-Cherry Inc. obtained a permit to construct a dwelling and attached garage (Permit No. 129260). In 1965,
Hadley-Cherry Inc. obtained a permit to construct a wood fence (Permit No. 135210). In 1966, property owner Kenneth Bashaw obtained a

feature that appears to have been removed during a re-roofing campaign. Apart from the alterations to the roof not facing the public right-of-
way, the light well above the front entryway was modified from a flat lite, flush with the wall, to two bubble skylights between 2012 and 2015.
