In 1996, property owner Theodore H. and Laura Hinderaker obtained a permit to build an ornamental iron fence; the work was completed by Fern's Fence Co (Permit No. 9605-009). In 2002, property owner Ronald and Tara Alford obtained a permit to abandon the septic tank and connect the residence to the sewer system; the work was completed by Alms Underground Construction (Permit No. 0204-050). In 2005, property owner Ronald D. Alford obtained a permit to reroof the residence; the work was completed by Palm Desert Contractors (Permit No. 05-1384).
