The proposed Maintenance and Operations Yard Project will fulfill this need in addition to providing a vital connection to Fritz Burns Park - a important City amenity. We are enthusiastic about the potential of this project and look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with the City of La Quinta on its development. HGA’s national, multi-disciplinary bench of Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers have experience on similar projects and can help you achieve your goals. Our partnership has begun already. We have produced a feasibility study and master plan La Quinta Museum & Historical Society Cultural Campus and offered design concepts for the Route 110 Monuments project. However, we will question even our own preconceptions in order to provide you with creative options within the City of La Quinta standards as you grow your footprint. Collaboratively, we will help lead this project with the right process that will produce the right designs, at the right price and schedule. HGA will be a perfect partner for this project. Here is why: z We have a dedicated team for your project that is already established, whose passions are creating workplace environments to help City of La Quinta exceed your real estate and business goals. z We understand the most successful government workplaces reflect a commitment to the mission and culture of the agency, and substance of the people who work there. We will work with you to adhere to these while also working with the constraints and opportunities each building provides. z Our delivery methodology is proven to meet our clients’ budgets and schedules. As telework evolves and the future of workplace design changes, HGA has the ability to quickly adapt with City of La Quinta. We have emphasized the importance of flexibility of design solutions while at the same time maintaining consistency through design standards. We have assembled a team of architects and designers who are passionate about workplace assessment and design especially when it comes to innovative and high growth agencies like yours - HGA is dedicated to this project and has the resources available to meet the schedule. We are up to the task and would be thrilled to continue our partnership with you. In addition, HGA confirms that all information and pricing provided in the proposal are valid for at least ninety (90) days, and any individual who will perform work for the City is free of any conflict of interest Sincerely, Fielding Featherston, AIA, NCARB Principal in Charge  | Associate Vice President 310.557.7651  | FFeatherston@hga.com 4  | HGA FIRM BACKGROUND HGA is an interdisciplinary design firm committed to making a positive, lasting impact for our clients and communities through research-based, holistic solutions. While providing integrated services has proven to be a strength of the HGA team, our Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture disciplines are currently Midwest-focused. For these disciplines exclusively, we feel the need to engage Southern California based consultants familiar with the best practices pertaining to site engineering as well as landscape design that supports aesthetic and engineering goals – two disciplines that work closely together. Our success with this approach at the Cultural Campus demonstrates that this is a sound approach for the Maintenance and Operations Yard project.
