The La Quinta Design and Development Department has determined that this project is consistent with the Mitigated Negative
Declaration prepared for Tentative Tract Map 31852 and Environmental Assessment 2003-495, which was adopted by the La
Quinta City Council on August 17, 2004, via Council Resolution No. 2004-098. The Planning Commission will consider this
determination at the Hearing. The Development Agreement is proposed to address the allowance of short-term rentals and the
performance schedule within this tract.
