CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 010
Pursuant to the terms of the original Contract Agreement, you are hereby directed to make the herein described
changes or do the following described work not included in the plans and specifications for this Contract. Unless
otherwise stated all work shall conform to the terms, general conditions, and special provisions of the original
Contract.
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
City of La Quinta had plan drawings revised to add crosswalk improvements at the North end of the
project near the high school. Improvements are shown on the attached drawings and include additional
removals of AC road grade, aggregate base, stamped concrete median and median curb, striping
crosswalk, constructing curb ramps and median island ramp, all electrical trenching, backfill and
compaction, installation of all electrical conduit, pull boxes, push button poles and foundations, flashing
beacons, sawcutting as needed and traffic control costs.
Total amount was agreed to be $ 229,772.47 and payment shall be as agreed price lump sum.
Price total will constitute full and complete compensation, including markups for construction work.
Time is deferred until schedule update is provided.
