AMENDMENT NUMBER 1
The following shall be considered as incorporated into the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-
referenced project. Portions of RFP that are not specifically mentioned in this addendum remain in
force.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
1. Question: Do the existing basins need to serve as dual use recreational areas and infiltration
basins?
Answer: X-Park – no
Buttercup – yes
Desert Stream – yes
2. Question: Regarding the basin at X-park, is it referring to the basin just north of the pump
track, adjacent to the street?
Answer: Yes.
3. Question: Page 8 of the proposal discusses that subcontracting any portion of the Scope of
Services is not preferable. A geotechnical sub would be necessary to test the infiltration
performance. Would including a geotechnical subcontractor in our team lower the score of our
proposal?
Answer: No, it would not lower your score, please use as necessary.
