QUALIFICATIONS
Three Peaks Corp. is a general engineering and building contractor
operating throughout Southern California since 2009, primarily across
Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange counties. The scope and
breadth of our portfolio is extensive with respect to both public and
private projects. As such, we have gained the trust and respect of both
private clients and municipal agencies. We maintain crews of multi-
trade, highly skilled employees. Our owned equipment includes dump
trucks, water trucks, backhoes, skid steers, loaders, scrapers, asphalt
paver, and various compaction equipment. We self-perform a majority
of our work which is a key element of our success. Our location,
trained staff, and our catalog of equipment make us uniquely qualified
to mobilize with expediency to serve the City of La Quinta for on-call
construction services. We welcome an opportunity to serve the City in
this capacity and we are well-suited to perform the work in a timely
and efficient manner consistent with the City’s expectations and
specifications.
