Prevailing Wage Rates are dictated by the CADIR. All classifications which are subject to Prevailing Wages will be adjusted when revised determinations are published by the CADIR. Unless otherwise established by contractual agreement, payment is due and payable upon receipt. Payment is considered delinquent if not paid within 30 days of invoice date. If payment is not completed within agreed terms, Client agrees to pay a service charge on the amount past due at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
