THIS RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN is made and entered into this _L— day
of February 2025 by the City of La Quinta, a California Municipal Corporation.
WHEREAS, On June 23, 1989, a NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT was recorded in the
Official Records of Riverside County under Recorder's Document No. [1989-] 208695
pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.
WHEREAS, the recordation of said 1989 NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT established
a lien against the property identified as APN 774-033-024 on page 2 of said 1989 NOTICE
OF ASSESSMENT, more specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated by this reference.
WHEREAS, the recorded assessment against the property identified as
APN 774-033-024 has been paid in full.
NOW THEREFORE, except for the possibility of a supplemental assessment not
presently anticipated, the lien against APN 774-033-024 recorded by Document No.
[1989-] 208695 is hereby released in full.
THIS RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN and its recording have no effect on the
powers of the Council of the City of La Quinta with respect to any identified parcel by
reason of its inclusion in the Assessment District No. 89-2.
