Description of Internal Review Procedures that Facilitate High Quality Standards:
For CDMG communication is the key to facilitate high quality standards within. While our team
strives to keep the lines of communication open with clients, internally we inform and speak to one
another about issues that arise from current projects.
In addition, we do on-site Press Checks for each project. CDMG must approve, and our clients
must approve before printed material goes out to achieve the 100% success rate we strive for.
This allows us to have internal accountability at major milestones during a project. By discussing
issues when they arise or before they arise, we make sure that projects are of the highest quality.
Identification of Individuals Responsible for Ensuring Quality Control:
Scott Sheppard, COO at CDMG, is responsible for our quality control and corrective action. With
over 20 years of experience and a degree in finance, he directly supervises and reviews all contract
fulfillments regarding quality.
Our staff documents any issues that occur during the discrete elements of the projects. This
information is then used to correct any errors and will be discussed in company meetings and
reviews with other staff members so that they can learn from their experiences.
Whether or Not Subcontractors are used and, if so, the Quality Control Measures Used to
Ensure Acceptable Subcontractor Performance:
CDMG does not intend to use subcontractors, only 1099 contract workers. They are almost always
copy writers and handle 10%-20% of the work. With 18 highly skilled employees, we can handle
multiple projects for multiple agencies simultaneously.
If selected, we will provide the minimum insurance coverage and indemnification noted in
Attachment 1.
