hello@bigtopcollective.com
To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal. We understand that the City of La Quinta is seeking a dynamic
marketing agency to develop and execute a comprehensive brand development, marketing, and advertising strategy.
Bigtop Collective would be honored to partner with La Quinta, bringing our expertise in destination marketing, creative
strategy, and multi -platform media execution to enhance the city's brand and visibility. Our team is a blend of veteran
marketing and video professionals with decades of experience, alongside innovative team members skilled in cutting -
edge tools and strategies. We have successfully executed creative marketing campaigns for government entities, private
companies, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions, and we are eager to bring this experience to La
Quinta.
Our expertise spans video production, digital and print media, strategic brand development, and integrated marketing
campaigns designed to engage diverse audiences. We specialize in crafting holistic campaigns that consider multiple
channels, platforms, and creative approaches to maximize impact.
While our headquarters is not based in California, our remote, distributed team has strong roots in the Pacific
Northwest, including Seattle and Grants Pass. What's more, California holds a special place in many of our hearts, and
many members of our team frequently visit and appreciate its distinctive charm. This connection gives us a deep
appreciation for communities that balance natural beauty with a vibrant cultural scene —much like La Quinta. As a team
experienced in nationwide client collaborations, we are fully equipped to travel as needed to ensure the success of this
project.
We affirm that all information and pricing outlined in this proposal will remain valid for up to 90 days.
As a woman -owned small business, we are truly excited about the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and
success of La Quinta. We look forward to the possibility of working together and would be happy to answer any
questions you may have.
Sincerely,

Scope of Work & Project Outcome:
We helped develop a new product line for Winchester which involved a comprehensive strategy that seamlessly integrated
multiple components. This included creating a cohesive branding strategy with logo designs and product development
tailored to modern consumer needs.
A primary focus was designing packaging that not only enhances visual appeal but also captures the authenticity of
Winchester's legacy while incorporating modern aesthetics. High -quality photography and videography were essential for
marketing materials, effectively showcasing the products and telling Winchester's story. Additionally, brochures and catalogs
were developed to provide detailed information about the new offerings while reinforcing the brand's identity.
This holistic approach ensured that the new product line resonated with consumers seeking authenticity and relevance,
bridging the gap between tradition and innovation. By honoring its historical roots while evolving to meet modern demands,
Winchester strengthened its market presence and engaged a broader audience.

Our incredibly talented team modified these images (that came from local Spokane -area photographers) with Al to
portray to viewers the true gravity INLC was after for their "Imagine If” Campaign. For example:
Imagine if the hiking and camping spots you grew up loving were never preserved for public use? Imagine if future
generations never got to experience the beauty of wild nature here in the Inland Northwest? Imagine if there was a way
you could leave a legacy of outdoor adventure? NOW YOU CAN.

Project Start/End Date: March 2024 - September 2024
Scope of Work & Project Outcome:
Our work with the Flathead Warming Center in Kalispell, Montana, showcased our agency's expertise in creative, out -of -the -
box social media marketing initiatives, as well as technical writing and public relations.
We authored press releases, op-eds, and other materials to communicate the Center's mission effectively while ideating,
developing and implementing a comprehensive 6-month social media content campaign strategy. This included managing
community engagement, creating short -form and long -form video content of volunteers, staff, and guests to amplify the
organization's story, and drive awareness through targeted campaigns.
By delivering clear and compelling messaging, we helped the Flathead Warming Center build stronger connections with its
community. Samples of work are on the next, along with links to the video content we created for them below.

Client: Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission
Contact: Taylor Lee Ladner - Marketing and Workforce Development Specialist
Contact Email: tleeladner@hcphc.ms Phone: 228.467.9231
Project Manager: Katie Basnett
Staff Assigned: Derrick Mitchell, Jennah Mitchell, Katie Basnett, Signe Clarke, and Grace Cady
Project Start/End Date: January 2025 - Current
Scope of Work & Project Outcome:
Our approach for the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission is centered on developing a compelling marketing
strategy to position the region as a prime destination for businesses, residents, and workforce talent. By highlighting
Hancock County's economic advantages, thriving industries, and high quality of life, we will craft a compelling narrative that
resonates with target audiences. This initiative will be reinforced by the design of visually engaging collateral (based off of
stakeholder interviews and research), including a flagship print and digital relocation brochure, flyers, and digital assets that
seamlessly align with the region's brand identity. Through strategic storytelling and intentional design, our goal is to
enhance awareness, drive engagement, and support Hancock County's long-term growth and development.
As this project is still in progress, we do not yet have final performance metrics to report. However, the Hancock County
Port and Harbor Commission team has expressed enthusiasm about the direction and progress made so far. Our
stakeholder interviews are well underway, providing valuable insights that are shaping the strategy and content
development. The initial vision board and brochure cover design concepts have been completed, and we are currently in the
feedback phase with the HCPHC team. This collaborative review process will guide the refinement of our creative assets as
we move into the next stage —developing second -round designs and building out the first draft of the relocation brochure.
