LA Optimized Program: Our founder, Roberto Martinez, was the 2021 EIR who helped create the LA Optimized program and manage it from 2021 to 2022. He partnered with over 20 tech and operational organizations as well as recruited over 1,000 small businesses. He also helped create the LA Optimized Accelerator program and helped fundraise $150,00 for the pilot program. The program provides the digital tools outlined in this RFP.
