Google Digital Coaches Program: Since 2017, Braven has worked with Google to run their
statewide Google Digital Coaches program, training over 2,000 SMBs in Los Angeles alone.
LA Optimized Program: Our founder, Roberto
Martinez, was the 2021 EIR who helped create the
LA Optimized program and manage it from 2021 to
2022. He partnered with over 20 tech and
operational organizations as well as recruited over
1,000 small businesses. He also helped create the
LA Optimized Accelerator program and helped
fundraise $150,00 for the pilot program. The
program provides the digital tools outlined in this
RFP.
Achievements
Delete the Divide: In 2022, Braven became a
contractor for the County of LA’s Delete the
Divide program with specific focus on Small
Business. The program’s focus is to provide
business assessments to over 500 businesses.
Braven is also slated to provide digital assets
in the form of websites, branding and logos,
and business listings to 25 businesses by
2022. Additionally, Braven has partnered with
over 25 chambers of commerce and media
outlets promoting the program whose focus is
to provide digital assessment tools.
Wells Fargo Foundation’s Digital Communities
Program: Braven is also spearheading Wells
Fargo Foundation Small Business program.
We are slated to support 100 BIOPIC
businesses with tech enablement and digital
marketing tools that include websites, social
media, graphic design, and technical
assistance training.
MoCaFi Angelino Connect: In 2021, Braven was
selected by MoCaFi, a financial tech firm, to run a
digitization program for businesses in South LA.
Braven partnered with Mastercard and Square to
provide POS systems, websites, logos and creatives,
and tech assistance training to low income
businesses to five businesses.

Braven Agency ("Braven") warrants its work product for 1 year from delivery. This warranty
covers defects in design, workmanship, and materials, conforming to the project scope.
What's Covered:
Creative Assets: Originality (excluding client-provided materials), quality (free from
defects hindering intended use), and functionality (if applicable).
Marketing Campaigns: Implementation according to the agreed-upon strategy and media
plan; accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics; adherence to agreed-upon
campaign parameters; and timely execution of campaign activities.
Strategy and Consulting: Services performed with reasonable skill and care; accuracy of
agency-provided data and analysis (limited to factual data); and recommendations based
on sound marketing principles.
Website Development (if applicable): Functionality as specified; compatibility with
specified browsers and devices; and reasonable website uptime and performance
(subject to separate SLAs, if applicable).
What's Not Covered:
Issues caused by client actions: Providing incorrect information, approving flawed work,
unauthorized modifications, or failing to provide necessary approvals/feedback.
Third-party issues.
Normal wear and tear.
