3. PROPER LISTING EXPECTED FOR CONDITIONS OF USE ON ALL LUGS, FTTTINGS,

4. ALL CONDUIT BEND RADII TO CONFORM TO THE CEC MINIMUM BEND RADII
REQUIREMENTS.
