This letter is in regard to the proposed temporary access and
fire protection concerning the above referenced case. The
plans you submitted have been reviewed by fire prevention
and operational staff. It was determined that your proposal
will not be accepted at this time due to the following

1. Existing fire hydrant will not provide adequate fire flow.
2. Proposed 20 foot access is not an all-weather surface and is
not compliant with turning radius requirements.
3. The proposed rear access places responding personnel
between the buildings and existing sound wall creating an
unsafe operating condition.
4. Providing access to only one side of proposed model
homes is non -compliant. During construction access to front,
side and rear yards shall be provided at all times.
