The reason I’m reaching out to you is that we have some large plan sets here at City Hall that look like the original 2016 code updates for both the Pimlico and Belmont homes at Griffin Ranch. I’m not sure if you were involved on this submittal—it may have been Scott McFerran but I don’t quite remember. Anyways, there were plan checks conducted on these plans (BTCP2017-0001 & BTCP2017-0002), but when it came time to resubmit there was a change in plan types, and all the new plan types (some previous Pimlico, some previous Belmont, and some entirely new plans) were submitted together as a separate plan set titled “Griffin Ranch 2017.” This plan check (BTCP2017-0012) then went on to be approved, and these are what they are using for construction in the field. I wanted to reach out and get confirmation that the original plans (the Pimlico and Belmont code updates) will not be used in the future and that you don’t wish to pursue the plan checks, so we can move forward with disposing of the plans and associated documents. Like I mentioned, they are large plan sets and we can use all the room we can get. However, there are plan check fees due for the original plan reviews conducted on these plan sets. The outstanding fees are as follows: BTCP2017-0001 (Belmont code update) - $220.00 BTCP2017-0002 (Pimlico code update) - $82.50 Please let me know if we can get these fees paid so we can move forward with the disposal of the plans.
