Hi Shelly,
The 6'x1'-4" transom windows in the M. Bath 2 for Plan 2 & 5 only adds 2.7 sq. ft. of additional glass area.
Since both of these plans exceed code by a wide margin this change will not adversely affect the compliance results.
I don't feel it necessary to revise the T-24 Energy calculations at this time for this minor change.
