• Agua Caliente New Year’s Eve Celebrations - (2017-current) – Full-scale production, including
audio, lighting, staging, video displays, and special effects for large outdoor crowds.
• Agua Caliente 4th of July Events - (2015-current) – Managed all technical production aspects,
including synchronized fireworks audio, live performances, and multimedia integration.
• Top Rank Boxing - (2012-current)– Provide audio systems and engineering for live broadcast

Audio Visual Live, Inc. is committed to delivering high-quality event production services using
our in-house team of experienced professionals. We will not utilize subcontractors for core production
elements, ensuring consistency, reliability, and direct oversight of all aspects of the event. However, for
specialized services such as teleprompter operation or additional labor support when necessary, we may
engage trusted industry specialists. These specialized subcontractors will be carefully selected to meet our
high standards and will work under our direct supervision to maintain seamless event execution.

Audio Visual Live, Inc. affirms that there is no significant prior or ongoing agreement failure, civil
or criminal litigation, or investigation pending against our company. Furthermore, we have not been
judged guilty or liable in any such matters within the last five (5) years. Our company maintains a strong
