On July 19, 2022, the La Quinta City Council awarded a contract in the amount of
$529,819.52 to construct the X -Park Landscaping and Irrigation Improvements, Project
No. 2016-03G (Base Bid Only) to your firm. Enclosed please find one (1) original set of
contract documents for signature by the principal(s) of your firm. Please execute the set
of documents and return them to the City along with the bonds, City business license, and
certificate of insurance with the City named as Additionally Insured. A fully executed set of
documents will be forwarded to you upon final execution by the City.
It is important that you contact me, Ubaldo Ayon, to schedule a preconstruction conference.

avoid delays. Please advise the City A.S.A.P of any potential delivery delays or schedule
