Dear Mr. Brennan,
On July 21, 2020, the La Quinta City Council awarded a contract in the amount of
$657,317.00 to construct the La Quinta Landscape Renovation Improvements - Rancho
Ocotillo Project No. 2016-03E base (Base Bid Only) to your firm. Enclosed please find one
(1) original set of contract documents for signature by the principal(s) of your firm. Please
execute both sets of documents and return them to the City along with the bonds, City
business license, and certificate of insurance with the City named as Additionally Insured.
A fully executed set of documents will be forwarded to you upon final execution by the City.
It is important that you contact Ubaldo Ay6n, Assistant Construction Manager to schedule
a preconstruction conference. Mr. Ay6n can be reached at (760) 275-2789. Please order
any long-time lead items as soon as possible to help avoid delays. Please advise the City of
any potential delivery delays or schedule conflicts.
