Attached for your signatures is one (1) original Contract Change Order No. 1 between
Urban Habitat and the City of La Quinta for the project referenced above.
This Contract Change Order allows for additional 300 LF of mainline, 1120 LF of 1”
gray PVC conduit, and painting and cleaning of 2 retention basin walls.
