TRACT ACCESS & WATER REQUIREMENTS: ACCESS Fire Department emergency vehicle apparatus access road locations and design shall be in accordance with the California Fire Code, La Quinta Municipal Code and Riverside County Fire Department Standards. 1) Certain designed areas will be required to be maintained as fire lanes and will require approved signs and/or red painted curbs. 2) Vehicle access gates shall be provided with KNOX Box, Padlock or Key -switch access.
