SS Building: conduit at strip footing: On gridline S-6, slightly east of gridline S-D, we observed one location where the pipe -footing relationship did not comply with RFI CC0022. Specifically, the added lower continuous strip footing reinforcing was not properly placed in the trench. Correction of this condition was started during our visit. f 5. CC Building: conduit at footing: At gridline intersection C-5 and C-B.5, a wrapped line is installed that encroaches slightly into the bottom of the grade beam. This line may remain as is, provided that the wrapping and concrete comply with detail 2 / S00.201 and RFI CC0022. Specifically, the excavation shall be increased around the line. 6. CC Building: conduit at footing: At the footing under the wall on gridline C-C.2, at approximately grid line C-3, there are several lines that , call for mitigation in accordance with RFI CC0022. This mitigation appears to be correctly applied, except that the line parallel to the foundation (in the foreground of the photo) does not comply. The lowered footing that is 4 present at the risers to the north (beyond in the photo) shall be extended southward such that the line in the foreground also complies with RFI CC0022.
