Good afternoon Kaleena,
We did an initial review of the documents that
were submitted and we will need additional
information to validate the use of some of the
systems, details, and plans.
-The Anchorage details that are going to be used
are a proprietary system that requires the use of
a specific material and can only be used for
certain types of trailers, we need information
from an engineer saying that those details will
work for the temporary trailer that you want to
install. Furthermore the stamp on the anchorage
details is expired as of 6/30/2021, we would also
need this stamp to be updated and current.
-The ADA ramp detail needs to have a stamp that
is current, the stamp listed is exp as of 5/3/2021,
and the location information needs to be updated
to the actual location of the site.
-The site plan that was submitted is part of
another engineers work therefore i can't be used
as a site plan, the plan also indicated that it is not
to be used for construction purposes.
Once you submit the new documents let me
know so I can verify them, for now this permit
will be placed on hold.
