Introduction
PixlNext is excited to submit this proposal for the City of La Quinta - Website Design
and Maintenance Services project. Our approach focuses on enhancing user
experience, ensuring accessibility, improving SEO, and providing ongoing
maintenance and support to ensure the website remains modern, responsive, and
highly eƯicient. Using React, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel, Firebase, and Cordova, we
will build a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform that meets all requirements.

Videographer Website: A custom website designed for a professional
videographer to showcase their portfolio, manage bookings, and connect with
clients. Built using React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel for a modern and
responsive experience. Budget: $15,000 CAD.
Website Design and Maintenance Strategy
Our proposed approach to the City of La Quinta project focuses on the following key

1. Research & Discovery
Conducting audience research to understand the needs of residents,
stakeholders, and visitors.
Competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with City of La Quinta representatives to ensure compliance with
branding guidelines and municipal requirements.
2. Design
Wireframing key pages for structure and layout.
Creating design mockups and interactive prototypes for testing and approval.
Ensuring ADA compliance for accessibility.
3. Development
Conversion of approved mockups into responsive React and TypeScript code
following modern standards.
Backend services powered by Supabase and hosting on Vercel.
SEO optimization using Firebase for managing metadata, structured data, and
performance improvement.
Integration of features such as contact forms, news updates, event calendars,
social media links, and analytics tools.
Ensuring compatibility across all device types: tablets, phones, laptops,
desktops.
4. Quality Assurance & Testing
Comprehensive testing across various devices and browsers.
Ensuring WCAG Level AA compliance for accessibility.
Gathering user feedback and refining based on insights.
5. Maintenance & Support
