All attorneys for the state of California–the world’s fifth-largest economy–register and report through CalBar, and Polyrific worked closely with their IT team for over two years to transform this organization from one of chaos and reactivity to one that has a roadmap towards performance, dependability, and hardened security. For this tech-heavy account, we have developed numerous microser vices, APIs, authentication processes, and automations that have moved CalBar for ward. The myriad solutions we engineered for CalBar include secure web portals through which attorneys can manage their registrations and certification info, the Bar can manage attorney sanctions and court cases, and the Office of the Chief Trial Counsel can run more smoothly. Our work for the bar has also included data strategy and the design and implementation of a data warehouse, ETL, as well as both custom and Power BI reporting. One of our biggest wins we have brought to the Bar was a complex middleware that connected various enterprise systems so they could share data and increase visibility of that data. This resulted in finding over $2 million in attorney sanctions that had been lost in the previous reporting system. Because of this, CalBar was able to pursue the settlement of these funds and more than pay for our fee. Terrie Goldade, Super vising Attorney, Office of Case Management & Super vision – Office of Probation, would be happy to tell you about our work: 213-765-149. Additionally, Marilyn L. Tichenor, Program Manager II, State Bar Court, would be happy to tell you about our work as well: 925-285-7083. Complete Pricing List Projected Hosting and Tools Expenses 1.
