Project Management
At Seamgen, we believe that complete transparency, and working with our clients as a
single-unified team, is the key to a successful project. During the lifetime of a project you will
be working with a core team consisting of a Project Manager, Technical Lead, and User
Experience Lead. They will bring in the appropriate resources at the right time to make sure
we meet key milestones and deliverables.
Once we enter the Development phase, our team will operate in a 2 week sprint cycle.
While our design team is focused on constantly adding items to the “Product Backlog”, we
will work together every sprint to prioritize what goes into the “Sprint Backlog”.
