Proposed Solution: Tryfacta is proposing the implementation of a WordPress-based Content Management System (CMS) to meet and exceed
the City of La Quinta’s requirements for a modern, user-friendly, and scalable municipal website. WordPress is a globally trusted, open-source
platform that offers exceptional flexibility, user accessibility, and a broad ecosystem of tools, making it an ideal foundati on for a government
website. Our solution will deliver a fresh, visually appealing, and intuitive design that aligns with the City’s brand identity, while also providing
seamless access to essential city services and information. The proposed website will be developed to be fully ADA -compliant and adhere to
WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, ensuring that residents of all abilities can easily access and navigate content.
Through WordPress, we will facilitate a comprehensive content migration from the City’s current proprietary system, preservin g all critical
information, documents, links, and functionalities. We will also integrate third-party systems such as the City’s archive portal (Laserfiche),
maintaining smooth user interactions and secure access to public records. The new website will be fully mobile -responsive, ensuring a consistent
user experience across all devices, from smartphones to desktops. Additionally, Tryfacta will implement advanced SEO configurations, metadata
management, and search engine indexing features to optimize online visibility and discoverability of city content.
Security is a key component of our approach—WordPress will be configured with best-in-class security features including SSL, regular
vulnerability patching, multi-factor authentication, firewall protections, and daily backups. Tryfacta will ensure full compliance with all relevant
state and federal regulations, including data privacy and public information standards. To empower City staff, we will configure a user -friendly
