Bear Electrical Solutions (Bear) is interested in and committed to providing On-Call Electrical Services for the City of La
Quinta; as such, we are excited to respond to RFQ for Project No. 2024-25 On-Call Electrical Services.
Bear Electrical Solutions is a full-service electrical contractor with specialized expertise in municipal maintenance and
emergency on-call services. Our scope of work includes facility lighting, traffic signals, streetlighting, and other critical
electrical infrastructure within the public right-of-way.
Statement of Qualifications
a)Since our founding in 2013, we have built a strong track record of success, currently serving over 100 public
agencies across California with reliable, high-quality service. Our core service is providing on-call streetlight, facility
exterior lighting maintenance and construction.
b)We are a California licensed contractor (License No. 982079) – Class A (General Engineering for
Underground/Foundation in Public Right-of-Way), Class C-10 (Electrical), Class C-31 (Work Zone Traffic Control),
and Class C-61/D-31 (Pole Installation and Maintenance). Our electrical staff are individually licensed per
California DIR.
c)BEAR owns and operates approximately a $9M fleet which consists of 42-feet reach bucket trucks, crane truck,
dump trucks, service vans, and associated traffic control equipment such as arrow boards.

STAFF RESUMES
Ralph brings over 30 years of progressive experience in the maintenance and
electrical contracting industry, rising from field laborer to his current role as Field
Superintendent. In this leadership position, he is responsible for managing daily
schedules and coordinating field resources to ensure all tasks and work orders
are executed efficiently and to specification. Ralph currently oversees
operations for BEAR’s Southern California office, where he leads multiple
