in response to the City of La Quinta's request. We deeply value the relationship we've built with
the City over the years and are enthusiastic about the possibility of continuing to provide trusted
electrical services that support La Quinta's growth and community goals.
Vintage Electric has proudly served both public and private clients throughout the Coachella
Valley, with extensive experience right here in La Quinta. Since founding the company in 2009,
we have remained committed to delivering reliable, high -quality electrical solutions tailored to
each client's needs.
Our team brings a wide range of expertise to every project, from new construction and
renovations to service calls, building automation, and landscape lighting, we take pride In
offering comprehensive, full -service electrical contracting. We utilize our own professional -grade
equipment, including line and low -voltage tracers, underground wire tracers, and meggers for
insulation integrity testing.
All information and pricing included in our proposal is valid for at least ninety days. We confirm
there are no conflicts of interest, and no individuals performing work on behalf of our company
are debarred or ineligible to contract with any public agency. Vintage has read and
acknowledges attachments 1-5 of this RFQ. Attachments 2-5 executed and submitted with this
proposal.

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
A. Vintage Electric has provided design, layout, installation, and troubleshooting on a wide
variety of commercial and residential electrical projects since 1985.
B. Licenses held by contractor and staff include: California C-10 electrical and C-46 solar.

• Three service trucks, one general office vehicle
• Wire megger, in -wall conductor toning equipment, underground wire tracers
• Drilling and coring machines, jackhammers, all necessary hand/power tools

subcontracted work would be limited, carefully selected, and fully overseen by our team. All
subcontractors are thoroughly vetted for licensing, safety, and quality to ensure they meet our
high standards. Assignment of the contract will not occur under any circumstances.

7. DISCLOSURES
