or on behalf of, workmen for health and welfare, insurance, workman’s compensation, pension, vacation, sick
leave or any local, State, Federal or union tax or assessment. In addition, Regular, Overtime and Double Time /
Holiday rates will be billed and applied per the DIR Requirements. Rates are hourly, Port-to-Port for Labor and
