1. He has received no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the Third
Monthly Application of Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. for Allowance of Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred as Counsel for the Sole Manager for the Period January
1, 2025 to January 31, 2025 (the "Application") [D.I. 401], filed with the Court on March 18,
2025.
2. Pursuant to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be
filed and served no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 8, 2025 (the "Objection Deadline"). The
undersigned further certifies that he as caused the Court's docket in this case to be reviewed
and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
3. Accordingly pursuant to the Order, pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of the
Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 2016(a), and Local Rule 2016-2, Establishing Procedures
