PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on December 12, 2024, the above -captioned debtors and
debtors in possession (collectively, the "Debtors") filed the Motion of Debtors Pursuant to Sections
105, 361, 362,363, 364, and 507of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 4001, and Local Rule
4001-2, for an Order (I) Authorizing Debtors to Obtain Postpetition Financing; (II) Granting DIP
Lender Priming Liens and Super -Priority Claims; and (1I1) Granting Related Relief (the "Motion")
with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Court").
PLEASE TAKE FURTHE NOTICE that the Motion was originally scheduled to be heard on
January 2, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. (ET), with an objection deadline of December 26, 2024. As set forth
below, the original hearing date has been changed and the objection deadline has been extended.
'The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor's federal tax identification number,
as applicable, are: SilverRock Development Company, LLC (5730), RGC PA 789, LLC (5996), SilverRock Lifestyle
Residences, LLC (0721), SilverRock Lodging, LLC, (4493), SilverRock Luxury Residences, LLC (6598) and
SilverRock Phase 1, LLC (2247). The location of the Debtors' principal place of business and the Debtors' mailing
address is 343 Fourth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any responses or objections to the Motion must
be in writing and filed with the Clerk of the Court, 824 North Market Street, 3rd Floor, Wilmington,
Delaware 19801 on or before January 6, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if any objections to the Motion are received, the
Motion and such objections shall be considered at a hearing before The Honorable Mary F. Walrath,
United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware, at the Court, 824 North Market Street,
5th Floor, Courtroom 4, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 on January 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
