The undersigned counsel to Debtors in the above captioned chapter 11 case hereby

1. He has received no answer, objection, or other responsive pleading to the
Second Monthly Application of Law Offices of Benjamin M. Carson, P.C., as Co -Counsel to
the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement
of Expenses Incurred for the period of October 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 (the
"Application") [D.I. 263], filed with the Court on January 17, 2025.
2. Pursuant to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be
filed and served no later than 4:00 p.m. on January 17, 2025. The undersigned further certifies
that he as caused the Court's docket in this case to be reviewed and no answer, objection or
other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
3. Accordingly pursuant to the Order, pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of the
Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 2016(a), and Local Rule 2016-2, Establishing Procedures
Chapter 11
'The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor's federal tax identification
number, as applicable, are: SilverRock Development Company, LLC (5730), RGC PA 789, LLC (5996), SilverRock
Lifestyle Residences, LLC (0721), SilverRock Lodging, LLC, (4493), SilverRock Luxury Residences, LLC (6598)
and SilverRock Phase 1, LLC (2247). The location of the Debtors' principal place of business and the Debtors' mailing
address is 343 Fourth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101.
