Please consider this email a request for a 60 day Temporary Certificate of Occupancy while we make modifications to the building to bring the extra restroom into compliance for the Landmark Lounge at 78100 Main st. Suite 101. Until the final Certificate of Occupancy is granted we will block off from use the covered patio portion of our patio. This will leave us with 360 square ft. of uncovered patio space (this is the new area recently paved) The maximum occupancy for this area is 24 people using a load factor of 15. This will bring our total interior capacity to 93 and exterior to 24. We will post these occupancy number inside the exits before we open. In the next 60 days we will complete the list of modifications to the building and restrooms which you and I reviewed this morning. We will also have the plans modified to reflect all changes we have talked about including all proposed patio seating. Thanks for your help in resolving this matter so that we can open this business.
