The Highway 111/Adams Street Drive ThrU Project proposes a 3,800 square foot drive thru building to be constructed on
a vacant parcel on the east side of the One -Eleven La Quinta Shopping Center. The project consists of amending the One -
Eleven La Quinta Specific Plan 1989-014 to allow for an additional drive thru to be constructed, as well as a conditional use
permit to allow the drive thru and a site development permit for the architectural, landscape, and design of the site. The La
Quinta Design and Development Department has determined that this project is exempt from environmental review pursuant
# of Copii to Section 15332 (Class 32) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for In -Fill Development Projects. The Planning
Commission will consider this determination at the Hearing.
