Landscaping, if well maintained, provides beautification and enhancement to the surroundings, along with a positive effect on property values. At the Public Meeting City staff will present the proposed assessment levy and will accept questions thereon; and the City Council will hear comments in support of and protests against the annual levy prior to acting on the levy of assess- ments for fiscal year 2025/2026.
