AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SHORT FORM SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH OLD TOWN LA QUINTA
This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment 1") to Short Form Services Agreement
("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 14th day of May 2025, ("Effective Date")
by and between the CITY OF LA QUINTA ("City"), a California municipal corporation and
OLD TOWN LA QUINTA, a California Limited Liability Company ("Vendor").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on or about June 27, 2024, the City and Vendor entered into an
Agreement to sponsor the promotion of Art on Main Street fora total not to exceed amount
of $20,000 per fiscal year. The term of the Agreement expires on June 30, 2026 ("Initial
Term"); and
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor mutually agree to amend the Proposed 2025-26
AOMS Dates listed in Attachment 1 of Exhibit "B" Scope and Schedule of Services to add
two additional events dates to the Art on Main Street schedule and change the event time
to 9:00am — 3:OOpm.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant herein contained, the
parties agree as follows:
AMENDMENT
In consideration of the foregoing Recitals and the covenants and promises
hereinafter contained, and for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and
receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Attachment 1 is amended to include the following:
Proposed 2025 — 2026 AOMS Dates: 10 Saturdays, 9am — 3pm
2025: November 29, December 13, 2026; January 3, 17, & 31, February 7 & 21, March 7
& 21, and April 4*
*Final confirmation of dates depends on confirming that there are no conflicts with major
City events or concerns.
In all other respects, the original Agreement shall remain in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Contracting Party have executed this
Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on the respective dates set forth below.
