The Highway 111/Adams Street Drive -through Project proposes a 3,800 square foot drive -through building to be constructed on a vacant parcel on
the east side of the One -Eleven La Quinta Shopping Center. The project consists of amending the One -Eleven La Quinta Specific Plan 1989-014 to
allbw for an additional drive -through to be constructed, as well as a conditional use permit to allow the drive -through and a site development permit
for the architectural, landscape, and design of the site. The La Quinta Design and Development Department has determined that this project is
exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15332 (Class 32) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEOA) for In -Fill Development
Projects. The City Council will consider this determination at the Hearing. The Planning Commission considered the project on June 10, 2025, and
recommended that the City Council approve the Specific Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit, and Site Development Permit.
Any person may submit written comments on any of the contemplated actions listed above to the Design and Development Department at
Planning@LaQuintaCA.gov before the Public Hearings and/or may appear and be heard in support of, or in opposition to, the project at the time of
the Public Hearing. If you challenge the decision of any of the actions listed above in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that you
or someone else raised either at the Public Hearings or in written correspondence delivered to the Design and Development Department at or
