The subject plans comprise Sheets PTD, PTD.1, PT 1, PT I A, PT2, PT2A, PT2B, PT2C, PT2D, PT2E, PT3, PT3A, PT3B, PT3C, PT3D, PT3E, PT4, PT4A, and PT4B, dated November 16, 2021, prepared by Suncoast Post -Tension Inc. In addition, GeoTek has reviewed the design criteria shown on Sheet S-CS of the project structural plans prepared by Patel Burica & Associates, Inc. and dated November 16, 2021. The purpose of this geotechnical review was to allow GeoTek to comment on the apparent geotechnical suitability of these plans. Based on this review, it is our opinion that the subject plans have been prepared in general accordance with the geotechnical recommendations contained in the referenced geotechnical report for the site.
