Although certificate of insurance tracking
may have been the furthest thing from his
mind, he unknowingly summed it up.
Given that on average 7 out of 10 of
requested certificates come back non-
compliant the first time, companies find
themselves challenged with finding more
time in a day or exposing themselves to
unnecessary risk. It's simply unacceptable
from a business perspective.
Having worked in property management and
residential construction, I recognized this was
an opportunity to develop a tool that would
help simplify the process. In 2009 I co-
founded myCO1 after developing the
software that our programs built upon.

Based on 250 Assignments
Launch Package $2,500
One-time fee for set-up, training and launch of software with your dedicated Launch Coordinator. The launch
package Includes:

$2,000/year
Assessed and invoiced on a yearly basis, providing the following access & support services:
Up to 10 myCOI system users I Unlimited user training & module access for existing users and new hires I
Dedicated Client Success Manager for ongoing support I Automated customized compliance email report I Access
to all system upgrades & new releases I Rush Requests - up to 5 per month
Annual Compliance Management - Concierge $8,000/year
• Per assignment fee of $32.00. Additional assignments can be purchased at this rate, in packs of 25
assignments as needed.
• Collection and compliance review of all requested certificates of insurance, additional insured endorsements
(includes primary and non-contributory) and waivers of subrogation for one annual term. New certificate
requests, non -compliant certificate requests and renewal certificate requests include up to six (6) emails and one
(1) personal attempt per workflow. This includes workflows for each insurance agent provided.
• Quarterly Policy Verification: This includes up to three (3) emails every 90 days. myCOl will request confirmation
that policies have not been cancelled. This will take place for the vendors selected and will be sent to the
agents provided.
