The proposed fee schedule updates are intended to enhance fee schedule clarity or improve the correlation between the cost of providing services and the fees imposed to recover those costs. The City's consultant, ClearSource Financial Consulting has prepared the proposed adjustments to the user fees and regulatory fees. At the Public Meeting, City staff will present the proposed user and regulatory master fee schedule and will accept questions thereon. All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard. Any persoh may submit written comments on the contemplated action listed above to the attention of City Clerk Monika Radeva prior to the Public Hearing and/or may appear and be heard in support of, or opposition to the item at the time of the Hearing.
