This change order provides payment for costs for the Contractor for additional striping and pavement
markers at the 12 bull nose locations as requested by the City traffic engineer. Costs also include traffic
control for necessary lane closures.
Total amount to be reimbursed to the Contractor shall be $ 2,850.83.
Payment shall be agreed lump sum price of $ 2,850.83.
