In accordance with Special Provision Section 2000-5 5.3 Working Hours, of the General Project Requirements, the
Contractor is responsible for any additional inspection costs incurred by the City for work by the Contractor outside
the working hours limits. (Specifically overtime hours including weekend work.)
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
This change order provides a credit for costs for premium overtime pay incurred by the City for
inspection services.
Credit to the City for the inspection fee costs of $ 4,567.75.
